How youll add value
- Support the finance team in daily invoicing tasks including sending final agreements issuing invoices creating adjustment credit notes and handling other invoicing-related requests.
- Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to reporting processes by importing invoice data and validating booking records.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to optimize and standardize processes such as dunning and invoicing workflows.
- Communicate with our B2B customers to align on outstanding payments and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Expand your knowledge and technical expertise by working with industry-standard tools such as SAP Salesforce and other key finance systems.
Youll be successful in this role if you
- Bring 12 years of experience in managing Accounts Receivable processes.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in English; German language - B1 level.
- Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership initiative and problem-solving ability.
