At Mews our website is more than a digital touchpoint its a global growth engine. Known internally as our Website Product Manager (m/f/d) youll take full ownership of and lead its evolution into a high-performing scalable platform that attracts converts and inspires audiences worldwide.
Youll blend product thinking with digital marketing expertise guiding a dedicated team of four front-end developers and CRO specialists to deliver a best-in-class web experience. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly drive revenue brand visibility and customer engagement.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Set and communicate the vision for shaping a long-term strategy and roadmap aligned with commercial growth goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of four fostering a performance-driven autonomous and collaborative culture.
- Define and manage KPIs across website performance UX and conversion ensuring every release drives measurable impact.
- Oversee end-to-end website operations prioritizing scalability speed accessibility and brand consistency across regions and languages.
- Drive CRO excellence owning experimentation and A/B testing to optimize conversion funnels and user journeys.
- Partner with design product and content teams to deliver seamless inspiring digital experiences that elevate our brand story.
- Maintain strong governance and documentation ensuring structure compliance and quality standards are upheld.
- Act as the central point of contact for all website initiatives ensuring alignment across marketing product and regional teams.

- You have deep experience scaling B2B SaaS or digital-first websites and understand how to turn a website into a commercial engine.
- Youre fluent in web performance UX/UI and conversion optimisation and love making data-driven decisions.
- Youve successfully led cross-functional teams managed stakeholders and delivered complex web projects end-to-end.
- You communicate clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical teams.
- You think strategically connect dots quickly and translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps.
- Youre highly analytical experiment-driven and proactive in using insights to guide prioritisation.
- Youre passionate about the intersection of technology creativity and growth and eager to build a website that sets the benchmark for innovation in hospitality tech.
