Job Summary
Essentia Health is seeking a physical therapist to join our team at our outpatient therapy department located at Essentia Health-Sandstone.
In this position the PT will:
- Receive a $5000 bonus competitive pay and benefits advancement opportunities through a career ladder and moving expense reimbursement if eligible
- Primarily treat adult patients across the lifespan with occasional inpatient care within the 10-bed hospital facility. Patients primarily have orthopedic and/or neuro-musculoskeletal conditions
- Work with a rehabilitation team consisting of PT/PTA/OT/SLPs who work closely with both clinic and hospital care teams
- Have a flexible schedule either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days
- Provide coverage as part of a weekend call and holiday call rotation
- This position is open to students in their final year of training they can receive a monthly stipend for a maximum of 12 months before the official start date

Essentia Health-Sandstone opened in 2017 is a modern nine-bed Critical Access Hospital offering robust services including PT OT and SLP inpatient and outpatient care. The hospital is conveniently located off the I-35 Sandstone exit and is a Level IV Trauma Center and is an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital.
