About the Role

We are searching for an eCommerce Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring runs efficiently and effectively from SKU/data management and product builds to bug triaging and leading high-impact functions like on-site search. This role requires time management and problem-solving skills follow-up ownership and initiative to quickly adapt to a constantly changing business environment.
This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.
What Youll Do
- Lead on-site search functionality optimizing results based on best practices user data and business goals.
- Own SKU creation and management coordinating with IT to ensure set-up is complete for testing and product launch deadlines.
- Manages enhancements and fixes for key partner integrations including reviews on-site personalization and analytics.
- Manage coupon codes including generation distribution maintenance and database clean-up.
- Assist with promotion builds testing and launches.
- Partner with UX content and development teams to identify and implement site enhancements.
- Lead and support ad hoc eCommerce projects including product launches promotional campaigns and UX enhancements.
- Serve as a go-to resource for special projects troubleshooting and operational escalations.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing E-Commerce or a related field required.
- Must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience working in related role.
- Competency within an eCommerce platform; Adobe Commerce highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERPs preferably NetSuite.
- Experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT Copilot) to organize data and troubleshoot new challenges preferred.
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Office: Word Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be results driven utilizing knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
- Must have proven time management skills and can quickly adapt to a changing business environment.
- Is able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency can listen and use information to solve problems anticipate and make good decisions based on a variety of situations.
- Exemplify each of our Lovesac values at all times be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) goals and deadlines.
- Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation as required by the Company in its sole discretion for mandatory meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks companywide meetings and events vendor visits).
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as required to support peak e-commerce business needs.
