About this role
Were seeking a Research Scientist / Engineer to be a foundational member of a US-based AI lab driving the evolution of cutting-edge interactive video technologies. This is a hands-on role where youll design and train state-of-the-art generative models collaborate across research and engineering and help shape the future of humanpixel interaction.
What were looking for
- Education: PhD in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field; or MSc with equivalent industry research experience.
- Experience: Strong hands-on background in training generative models (e.g. diffusion rectified flow).
- Proven ability to transition ideas from research to production.
- Bonus points for experience with multimodal (video/audio) data or real-time systems.
What youll do
- Design and train advanced generative models (diffusion rectified flow etc.) for video.
- Develop and optimize proprietary infrastructure for fast inference and rapid training at scale.
- Collaborate across research and engineering to prototype and ship interactive user experiences.
- Contribute to the overall research agenda driving innovation at the frontier of generative AI.
