About this role

Were looking for a mid-level Product Designer (34 years of experience) to help shape the future of AI-powered finance automation. As one of the first designers on the team youll work closely with product engineering and leadership to design intuitive AI-native workflows for billing invoicing and receivables.

Youll thrive if you love operating in ambiguity exploring new interaction models and making AI agents feel both powerful and this small high-leverage environment your design decisions will have immediate product and customer impact.

What youll do

Design AI-first product experiences across billing invoicing collections and finance agent workflows.
Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life.
Explore how agentic AI workflows should behavewhat they do automatically when they ask for input and how they explain their reasoning.
Move fluidly between broad concepts and tactical deliverables: from sketching a new finance copilot experience to refining a critical interaction for invoice approval.
Prototype rapidly testing ideas with internal stakeholders and customers.
Contribute to design reviews and help build a strong design culture.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120K $140K
Equity: Competitive
Hybrid work: 3 days a week in New York office. Open to remote for exceptional candidates.
