What will you do

TheProductGenius will focus on educating customersaboutthe latest and greatest technology in their new car. After the sale of the cartheProductGenius will meet with the client to answer allquestionsin regard tothe operationof their vehicle. They will make follow-up calls after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles

Communicateeffectiveefficientlyandtimelyto all guests

Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process

Thoroughly complete allassociatepaperwork with the delivery

Maintain a professional image in appearancewordsand actions

What are you looking for

Must have a valid drivers license with excellent driving record

2-5 years of customer service experience

Mustmaintaina complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles

Communicateeffectiveefficientlyandtimelyto all guests

Follow-up with customersin a timely mannerand scheduleinitialservice appointment

Have the ability toexplain all features on the vehicles (personal settings navigationBluetoothand garage door pairing) the loaner vehicle process warranty features roadsideassistanceand maintenance schedules

Introduce customers to the service department team andassistwith any follow-up questions
