Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Leader/Staff in various plant wide projects/tasks. Working with various stakeholders on site to help with operational meetings/projects
• Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
• Create Power Point presentations for various meetings/help with various staff/plant level projects
• Office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
• Broadening knowledge of theories practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 3 years of experience in operational / administrative support role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in business management
• Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
• Experience monitoring operational metrics
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $79800.00 - $88000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill position is also eligible for a5% performance bonus/Sales Incentive Compensation/equity.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
