Join our Client Broker Engagement Summer Internship Program and gain valuable insight into the exciting world of insurance.

Our UK Summer Internship Program will run from 15th June to 21st August 2026.

Our Client and Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIGs major client relationships across all product lines as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated personalized experience our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice while allowing flexibility to meet the clients needs.

About the AIG Early Career Programme

What youll do

Work alongside our experienced distribution team managing client and broker relationships
Gain exposure to cross functional departments at AIG and our broker partners.
Learn all about how the AIG client experience is delivered through client interactions.
Work with the CBE team assisting in projects supporting the growth of AIG
Collaborate with other interns providing you with a wider knowledge of the company
Build a strong internal and external network
Participate in training sessions networking events and mentoring opportunities

What youll need to succeed

Bachelors or Masters degree to be received no later than June 2027.
Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector
Evidence of extra-curricular activities

A team player with strong communication networking and relationship building skills.

Strong analytical skills
Customer and Sales orientated behaviors: motivated proactive and accountable.
