Job Summary

Mortgage Broker (CeMAP)

Location: Scotland (office or hybrid)

Salary: Up to 45000 base uncapped bonus

An established property-led business is looking for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser to advise clients and manage mortgage applications from start to finish.

What youll be doing:

Advising clients on residential and buy-to-let mortgages
Completing fact-finds and assessing affordability
Sourcing suitable mortgage products across the market
Submitting and managing applications through to completion
Liaising with lenders solicitors and surveyors
Ensuring all advice is compliant and well-documented

What theyre looking for:

CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
Experience advising clients on mortgages
Good knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
Organised and comfortable managing multiple cases
