This is a full-time TERM position (anticipatory permanent) working 75 hours bi-weekly to June 24 2026.

The Corporate Policy and Planning branch coordinates and advances policies and legislative initiatives to support the development of Yukons land and natural resources in a responsible and sustainable manner. The branch develops and delivers policies strategies programs and legislative instruments to support effective resource management.
The Policy Advisor excels in policy analysis writing research oral presentations and engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. The position applies critical thinking skills to analyze a broad variety of policy topics and develop well-reasoned recommendations in response to key issues in resource management. The role contributes to the sustainable development of Yukons natural resources within a collaborative and dynamic team setting.
