Location: Loveland Colorado (Onsite)
Role Summary
The Machine Maintenance Technician III is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of advanced manufacturing equipment. This includes troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines injection molding machines auxiliaries and other production equipment developing preventive maintenance plans and mentoring junior technicians. The role plays a key part in ensuring high machine uptime and operational excellence.
What Youll Do
Troubleshoot and repair CNC mills/lathes and injection molding machines
Perform expert-level preventive maintenance tasks
Develop work plans for emergency repairs
Lead and audit maintenance procedures
Coach and support less experienced technicians
Promote continuous improvement through Kaizen and DBS initiatives
Requirements
4 years of experience in a similar technician role
Associates degree or equivalent technical experience
Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing CNC and injection molding machines (preferred)
Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and communicate technical information effectively

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $29.52 - $34.92 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
