Industrial Painter
Pay: $23$26 per hour $2 shift differential
Hours: Monday Friday 3:00 PM 12:30 AM
Location: Catoosa OK

Position Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a top manufacturing client in Catoosa OK. This role involves painting and prepping industrial components including small and large parts touch-up work and preparing finished coolers for shipment. The Industrial Painter will ensure all paint is applied according to specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints for painting requirements.
- Operate troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on paint pumps.
- Mix multi-part paints and apply coatings based on paint specification sheets.
- Prep and finish parts/components ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain and clean the mix room and record paint usage.
- Apply paint correct paint defects and ensure the final product meets customer standards.
- Safely operate manlifts and cranes.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 6 months 1 year of industrial or manufacturing painting experience (Heat Exchangers industry preferred).
- Knowledge of industrial paint practices and applications.
- Ability to obtain certification to operate cranes and manlifts.
- Physically capable of lifting climbing stooping kneeling crouching and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented self-motivated and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Must follow all PPE JSA and safety protocols.
