Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a top manufacturing client in Catoosa OK. This role involves painting and prepping industrial components including small and large parts touch-up work and preparing finished coolers for shipment. The Industrial Painter will ensure all paint is applied according to specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints for painting requirements.
Operate troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on paint pumps.
Mix multi-part paints and apply coatings based on paint specification sheets.
Prep and finish parts/components ensuring quality and accuracy.
Maintain and clean the mix room and record paint usage.
Apply paint correct paint defects and ensure the final product meets customer standards.
Safely operate manlifts and cranes.
Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
6 months 1 year of industrial or manufacturing painting experience (Heat Exchangers industry preferred).
Knowledge of industrial paint practices and applications.
Ability to obtain certification to operate cranes and manlifts.
Physically capable of lifting climbing stooping kneeling crouching and standing for extended periods.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
Team-oriented self-motivated and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Must follow all PPE JSA and safety protocols.
