Industrial Painter
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:30 PM (some overtime may be required)
Location: Catoosa OK

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join a Catoosa-based facility. The Industrial Painter will prepare coat and finish a variety of metal parts and components in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a strong eye for detail the ability to follow paint specifications and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning grinding and masking
- Apply primers enamels and other industrial coatings using spray guns and equipment
- Mix paints and coatings to proper ratios and specifications
- Inspect work to ensure high-quality finish and coverage
- Follow shop instructions paint specs and all safety guidelines
- Maintain paint booth tools and equipment in good working order
- Assist with material handling and related shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Knowledge of paint mixing prep and application techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable punctual and able to work independently
- Willingness to wear PPE and comply with safety procedures
Physical Demands & Safety
The Industrial Painter role is considered safety-sensitive and requires strict adherence to PPE policies and safe work practices. Candidates should be comfortable working around paints chemicals and spray equipment.
