This position is responsible for providing all aspects of drywall rough and finish painting and general patch and paint work. This position is responsible for handling apartment and home renovations as assigned. The successful candidate is able to execute a product that supports the goals and objections of the company.

Responsibilities:
Painting equipment as required
Meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements by removing debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean
Transfer carry and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock lumber tile saws grout etc.
Follow all directions and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately

**Skills:**

General labor residential commercial multi family home apartment drywall painting finish carpentry Hand tool Power tool

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
Carry a valid drivers license
Good depth perception and eye-hand coordination are needed as are mechanical skills
Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds
