About the Role
We are looking for an Express Lane Technician to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is dependable careful in their work and comfortable following proven processes. Youll play an important part in keeping vehicles properly maintained while working in a structured environment where accuracy and consistency matter.
What Youll Do
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Inspect vehicles for necessary repairs or maintenance
- Communicate with service advisors about a vehicles needs
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Follow all established safety protocols and guidelines
- Complete required training paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established instructions
- Dependable punctual and steady in work habits
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and build skills through training and hands-on experience
- Basic automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
- Stand for up to 9 hours
- Lift up to 60 pounds without assistance
- Work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
- Bend kneel squat and reach in all directions
