Were seeking an exceptional Principal Software Engineer who can lead product engineering teams while remaining hands-on with the most critical technical challenges. Youll guide multiple AI products from conception to scale set the technical direction and mentor world-class engineers.

This isnt about ivory tower architecture youll be in the code making critical decisions that directly impact thousands of users from day one.

Lead technical excellence across multiple products.
Build mentor and inspire elite engineering teams.
Drive real-world AI implementations at scale.
Operate as a technical co-leader across diverse industries.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $250K $300K
Equity/Bonus: 50% cash bonus carry
Visa sponsorship: Available
Hybrid work: 3 days per week in New York office
