Job Duties:

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for public online and customized programs including communication with instructors vendors and students

  • Manage scheduling and resource coordination for classroom instruction (in-person and online) events and departmental operations

  • Provide technical support for online instruction including Zoom hosting

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students instructors and the public

  • Monitor departmental inboxes and respond or route inquiries appropriately

  • Maintain electronic and physical records in compliance with university procedures

  • Prepare and distribute communication materials using various technologies

Department: School of Continuing Education (SCE)

Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two years of relevant administrative customer service or data entry experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • College coursework or degree

  • Experience with data entry into relational databases or CRM systems

  • Previous experience in higher education or adult learning environments

  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple managers and projects simultaneously
