Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Womens Health Nurse Midwife at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton Virginia.
The Womens Health Nurse Midwife contract position offers:
- Monday Friday 7:30 - 4:30pm
- Outpatient Clinic
- No Nights Weekend or Holidays
- No On-Call
- Stable Patient Population
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Benefits package including Medical Dental Vision and 401(k) and more
Job Requirements:
The Womens Health Nurse Midwife position will have the following requirements:
- Masters Degree from an approved OB/GYN or womens health nurse practitioner program
- Or masters degree from an approved Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife program will be accepted with womens health/gynecology experience
- Perform and interpret screening and diagnostic procedures including but not limited to cervical cytologic screening microscopy endometrial biopsies colposcopy Nexplanon insertion and intrauterine device (IUD) insertion.
- National Certification through NCC ANCC AANP or AMCB
- Any State License
- Two years of experience in past three years
