About the Role
Welltech Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Room to join our partner hospital in Porterville CA. This is a full-time opportunity where youll play a critical role in providing patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive assessment treatment and care for patients of all ages in the Emergency Department.

Utilize holistic nursing skills to address patient needs including psychosocial biophysical environmental and teaching considerations.

Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Administer medications safely and accurately troubleshoot equipment and resolve clinical issues effectively.

Monitor evaluate and communicate changes in patient conditions with the medical team.

Uphold infection prevention protocols Joint Commission standards and hospital policies.

Demonstrate adherence to the Nursing Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California.
Active certifications: BLS ACLS and PALS.
MICN Certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire).
Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire).
Minimum 1 year RN experience in an Acute Care setting.
RN experience in the Emergency Department within the last 2 years required.
