About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and adaptable Float Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our pediatric care team across West Cary and this role youll support multiple providers and specialties while working at different sites gaining diverse clinical experience and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Position Level I
- Deliver direct pediatric nursing care under provider supervision
- Manage clinic workflow to maintain timely high-quality patient care
- Perform routine laboratory testing and ensure accurate documentation
- Educate families on care plans using evidence-based guidelines
- Collaborate with fellow nurses medical assistants and support staff
Requirements:
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare-related coursework preferred)
- Current BCLS certification
- Strong teamwork communication and problem-solving skills
RN Level II
- Provide leadership and advanced clinical support to the care team
- Manage complex patient needs independently and exercise sound judgment
- Perform advanced telephone triage referrals and care coordination
- Mentor and evaluate the competencies of new and existing staff
- Serve as a resource in urgent and emergent care situations
Requirements:
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- 612 months of demonstrated success at Level I
- Current BCLS certification
- Experience managing both acute and chronic pediatric conditions
