Act as the Finance Business Partner of Italy Business Unit to support the BU in improving topline and bottom-line performance.
Finance representative and key member of Italy Leadership Team.
Collaborate with key contributors to drive informed decision-making as well as develop review and submit financial estimates and plans.
Ensure timely communication of financial budgets and results to relevant parties pointing potential risks and opportunities and implementing actionable solutions.
Provide financial mentorship to support a dedicated area including 3rd party retailers as well as the LEGO Certified Stores (Franchise) Partner.
Drive strategic finance and business planning efforts.
Be responsible for financial aspects of investment projects from inception through execution to post-investment analysis.
Lead financial oversight and planning processes including routine previous periodic estimates and annual plans.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness in dedicated area.
Ensure good governance of spending of funds.
Collaborate and give to the Western Europe Finance Team (FBPs in other BUs).
Work independently recognized subject matter expert able to coach others tasks are independently identified and defined.
Interact directly with senior management independently handling conflicts in negotiation.
May manage large projects or processes independently.
Strong end-to end business understanding.
This role will be part of the Markets & Channels Finance Business Partnering team a group of finance professionals who support markets and channels across the world to deliver

dedicated diverse and lively team with members spread across various locations but working seamlessly together on the same goal
Strong academic qualifications. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in fields related to Finance.
Over 8 years of professional background in Finance-related fields.
Proficient in data analysis and analytics with a history of effectively using data to guide trade-off conversations with senior business executives.
Financial collaboration experience.
Significant experience in Finance related areas.
Strong data & analytics skill with a consistent record of leveraging data to steer trade-off discussions with senior business leaders.
