We are looking for aproactiveanddetail-orientedSenior Associatetojoin our Finance Operations team.You willplay a key role in managingthe day-to-day client engagement financial related information ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and providing financial analysis and support to the business.
You will have the opportunity to oversee subsections of the team to champion projects.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Finance Senior Manager insupervisingtheFinance Operationsteam on financial activities including customer records job codes client billings work-in-progresstimecardsand accounts receivables.
- Manage the billing process for customer engagements ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoicing.
- Drive the efficient managementofprojects and contracts setup and maintenance.
- Ensure theaccuratemonitoringofrevenue and thecompletion and close-out of projects and contracts.
- Monitor staffs timecard submissioncompletenessand related processing matters.
- Maintainaccuratecustomer receivables recordstosupportcash flowmonitoring contributing to the Firms financial health.
- Evaluaterecommendand implementappropriate controlsto ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance to query resolution within stipulated SLA fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Developimplementand championpoliciesprocessesand procedurestoensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a positive client experience through effective engagement and education on SOPs building strong and lasting relationships.
- Provide financial analysis and reportsthat deliver actionable insightsto support the business and toassistmanagement with monitoring / decision making.
- Resolve queries both internally and externally relating tofinance operations including liaising with IT or other supportfunctionsas necessary.
- Manage system implementation and/or system enhancements and related change management including user training and communications. This will also involve working with global teams in other time zones broadening your exposure
- Promote continuous improvement by drivingprocess improvements and efficiencies through implementation of digital solutions.
- Take onad-hoc assignmentsand collaborate on relevant tasks as directed by management to support broader Finance functions and business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or related professional qualifications.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in the useofaccounting software and applications as well as Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficiencyin Excel is. Knowledge of data skills (e.g. Power BI Alteryx) is not a prerequisite but you willbe requiredto self-learn these tools through internal learning platforms.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is an added advantage.
