Join our dedicated maternity team at North West Private Hospital and make a meaningful difference in the lives of women and families.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse/Midwives to deliver high-quality care across antenatal birth suite postnatal special care nursery and womens health. With permanent full-time and casual pool/float positions available this role offers the chance to expand your skills in a supportive and modern environment. Our maternity unit includes 30 private rooms three deluxe rooms and a 15-cot Level 4 Special Care Nursery

About You

To be successful you will be dual registered with AHPRA and have at least 12 months of post-graduate maternity experience. Delivery suite experience is highly regarded. You will also demonstrate excellent clinical and interpersonal skills flexibility across a rotating roster and a collaborative approach to care.

You are a passionate advocate for maternity care and thrive in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (including evenings and weekends) is essential.

You will bring

Current registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife with AHPRA.
At least 12 months post-graduate experience in a maternity unit.
Proven delivery suite experience (highly regarded).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive collaborative and proactive approach.

Remuneration:A base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8)
