Job Summary
Were looking for a Revenue Support Associate to join Procores Accounting this role youll ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting for multiple Procore business units that have been or will be acquired. The primary goal of this role is to support revenue accounting financial reporting and seamless integration of newly acquired businesses.
As a Revenue Support Associate youll partner with Procores finance and accounting teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting for subsidiaries while supporting future integrations. Use your technical accounting expertise attention to detail and strong communication skills to complete critical reporting tasks and drive accurate efficient processes. This position reports to the Head of M&A Finance Integration Support and will be based in our Costa Rica office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
Fulfill monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for multiple business units
Assist with quarterly and annual revenue disclosures
Ensure the proper application of customer payments
Review revenue contracts to confirm compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Prepare reports to support the companys internal control requirements
Complete customer billings and collection efforts
What were looking for:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
2 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with US GAAP particularly in revenue accounting and reporting
Strong attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills
Ability and eagerness to learn new processes related to acquired businesses
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
CPA or similar certification preferred but not required
