Key Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification preferably in marketing communications or research
• 4 years in insurance financial services or other regulated service industries
• Experience in customer-centric writing content design or digital customer experience
• Extensive experience with broad stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping digital platforms or marketing automation tools (desired)
