Description
  • Job type: Full-time
  • Location: A church office in the Asia North area (Japan South Korea Mongolia or Guam)
  • Salary: Based on Church policies and procedures
  • Deadline: October 19 2025 (candidates may be interviewed or hired prior to the deadline)
  • Starting date:November 2025 (Negotiable)


Responsibilities
  • Manages and supervises all purchasing fleet and travel operations and staff in Asia North area.
    Purchasing: Manages day-to-day purchasing operations. This includes coordinating and overseeing all purchase requisitions all major purchases the negotiation of contracts that relate to the specific operations interfacing with vendors and requesters to develop relationships.
    Fleet: Manages and oversees all Fleet Services in a geographical area overseeing fleet planning vehicle procurement certifying drivers maintenance repairs and selling vehicles.
    Travel: Manages the booking and arrangements of all Corporate General Authority and Missionary travel. Function as the primary resource for experience and training in booking tickets fares tariffs and routings and for securing passports and visas for all travelers.


Qualifications
  • Hold valid temple-recommend
  • B.A degree in Business related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in related field and minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Understands purchasing fleet and travel process and local market and trends
  • Excellent computer skills; Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint. Ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Excellent negotiation and coordination skills including verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership managerial and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • English speaking ability (TOEIC score 850 or higher Preferred)
