As the Head of Digital Sales (internally known as Product Area Lead Digital Sales ) youll drive the strategy delivery and performance of our digital sales channels across the digital customer journey. Youll lead cross-functional squads to create seamless customer-centric digital experiences that convert and retain customers across our product portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of product sales and technology with a clear focus on channel performance and conversion uplift. rather than funnel ownership. Youll sweat the digital sales funnel from discovery and lead generation to conversion and onboarding but your accountability is shaped by what happens in the channel not just where it sits in the funnel. For example while search may not be owned by any one team youll be responsible for how your products show up and perform in that space.
