Partnerwith Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability
Provideexpert advice and training to managers onremunerationand performance governance
Contributeto global Performance & Reward strategies as part of INGsP&RCommunity of Expertise
Whatwerelooking for
FAR CPS511experience
5 years experience inremuneration riskmanagementor governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities
Proven experience working with senior executives and boards
Strong understanding of ASX governance practices and public disclosure requirements
Global organisation and / or AdvancedCompensation programexperience ideal
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
