You are an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury hotel operations and team leadership. With a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field (an advanced degree is preferred) you bring strong financial acumen operational expertise and a deep understanding of guest satisfaction strategies. Your leadership style is collaborative and motivational and you excel at building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service under pressure. You communicate with clarity and professionalism adeptly handling complex challenges resolving conflicts and maintaining confidentiality with discretion. Adaptable and resilient you thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environmentbalancing multiple priorities while upholding the highest standards of service safety and presentation.

WHAT YOU DO

As Assistant General Manager you support the General Manager in driving operational excellence across all aspects of the hotel. You oversee daily operations ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining brand standards for quality cleanliness and safety. You lead and develop department managers andfrontline teams cultivating a positive service-focused workplace culture. You play a key role in financial performance assisting with budgeting revenue management and cost control to maximize profitability. Working closely with sales and marketing you help execute promotional initiatives and strengthen partnerships that drive business growth. Additionally you ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations conduct regular audits and manage emergency situations with professionalism. Through your leadership attention to detail and strategic oversight you help position the hotel for continued success and guest loyalty.
