As a Creative QA Specialist you will check and ensure the quality of all creativework such as ads marketing campaigns and design materials. You will work closely with ourcreative teams to make sure everything is accurate consistent and meets our brand standards.
This role focuses on ensuring linguistic quality brand consistency and accurate content localization across digital assets. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Proofreading Copy Editing Translation or QA for localized content.
You will:
Review localized content to ensure linguistic accuracy clarity and consistency.
Perform proofreading and copy-editing tasks correcting grammar syntax punctuation and tone.
Validate that all deliverables follow brand guidelines including voice terminology and formatting.
Conduct Image Match reviews to ensure visuals text and UI elements align with the source.
Identify inconsistencies mistranslations and contextual errors in translated content.
Comment out or suggest improvements to incorrect unclear or non-compliant copy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality across multiple languages and assets.
Review creative content to ensure it is accurate and follows brand guidelines and project requirements.
Test digital content to ensure it works properly on different devices and browsers.
Proofread and edit written content to correct grammatical errors and typos.
Collaborate with designers copywriters developers and project managers to deliver a polished final product.
Provide feedback to creative teams and report any issues to be fixed before delivery.
- Use your knowledge of QA best practices to ensure high standards in all work.
You Have:
Background in QA translation proofreading copy editing or linguistic review.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
Excellent command of language mechanics tone grammar and style.
Experience working with brand guidelines or style guides.
Ability to compare source vs. target content and identify discrepancies.
Familiarity with visual QA tasks such as layout validation and image matching.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deliverables.
A proactive quality-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and brand alignment.
Experience in a Creative QA role in advertising marketing or creative industries.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with different teams.
Experience testing digital content on various devices and browsers.
- Advanced English Proficiency (C1 reading writing and conversation).
