What You Will Do
Were looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Professional to join our dynamic team at Trimble Solutions this role you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support and training for our products ensuring customers achieve the highest level of success. Youll work closely with the sales team assisting them in reaching their targets and contribute directly to overall business performance.
Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues efficiently conducting in-depth research diagnosing and troubleshooting problems and delivering comprehensive training sessions that empower users. You will provide high-level support for Tekla Structures and Tekla PowerFab via phone email and other channels and collaborate with sales to respond promptly to technical and functional inquiries.
As a technical expert youll represent Trimble at seminars and user events delivering presentations and demonstrations.
You may also have the opportunity to participate in our annual Global Technical Meeting gaining exposure to the latest software trends and deepening connections with engineers worldwide.
Depending on your skills you could help establish the Japanese software environment and develop local extension tools further enhancing our solutions for customers.
You will Contribute to achieving the customer support teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as:
First response time to customer inquiries.
Customer satisfaction ratings based on support interactions.
Ensuring seamless onboarding and successful adoption of our software solutions for new customers facilitating their transition with efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribution to product improvement based on customer feedback.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
4 years working knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g. Revit / SketchUp / Tekla / Rhino)
Bachelors Degree or above in Civil Engineering Architecture or Construction Engineering related subject.
Good communication skills in Japanese (Native) and English (Conversational) written verbal and presentation.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Some programming skills would be advantageous but not essential.
Strong sense of responsibility good communication skills and ability to learn.
