The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant might include:

Support projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution
- Follow QC mechanical process across the whole supply chain.
- Execute 8D.
- Execute CAPA.
- Implement PPAP.

Support projects with rational data-driven assessments for costs quality timelines
- Monitor suppliers.
- Identify and track non-conformities.
- Analyze AMDEC / FMEA.
- Assess deviations.

Support projects by facilitating communication and reporting between stakeholders
- Handle litigations (disputes).
- Plan (a bit of planning).
- Manage / lead the team (team management).

The experience we are actively looking for:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical quality or equivalent technical background.
- Solid understanding of QC processes within production and supply chain.
- Knowledge of AMDEC / FMEA 8D CAPA PPAP deviations management.
- Ability to manage suppliers assess non-conformities and handle disputes.
- Some experience in planning and team coordination.
- Valid work and residence permits for Belgium (mandatory for non-EU candidates).
- Immediate availability and presence in Belgium are preferred.
