Key Responsibilities:
Process
Attending and engaging in RPA project meetings and reviews by contributing domain-specific knowledge and experience.
Identify candidate business processes suited to Robotic Process Automation.
Design model and document RPA Solution Specifications.
Ensure that business requirements are clearly identified prioritised and satisfied by appropriate technical and or business processsolutions.
Provide process solution support to institutionalise RPA initiatives.
Analyse and make recommendations about improvements to specialist systems procedures policies and practices.
Reviewing and commenting upon business and functional requirement specifications for RPA projects and maintenance.
Draw on own technical or professional expertise knowledge and experience to identify and recommend tactical solutions todefined problems.
Influence and communicate across business areas impacted by practice area to minimise resistance and ensure on- boarding ofnew thinking.
Take accountability for delivery of contracted work outputs within agreed parameters quality standards and client service targets.
Proactively identify interconnected problems determine its impact and develop best fit alternatives developing best practice RPAsolutions.
Recommend changes to optimise processes systems practice areas and associated procedures and execute the implementationof change and innovation.
Client
Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality- and timeline expectations.
Participate in the specialist practice community and contribute positively to body of knowledge.
Provide authoritative specialist expertise and advice to internal stakeholders.
Governance
Ensure that completed work adhere to relevant policies procedures governance and legislative requirements and report ondeviations and discrepancies.

Provide specialist know-how support advice and practice thought leadership in area of expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Business Analysis or relevant bachelors degree.
4 - 6 years experience in a business analysis or similar environment of which 2 -3 years specialising in RPA solutions.
Proficiency in process modelling tools.
Proficient in writing functional specifications.
Familiar with RPA platforms in particular Microsoft Power Platform.
