What youll do:
Identify and research new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and implement strategic growth plans
Negotiate and close deals exceeding revenue targets
Collaborate with operations to ensure clients are onboarded and serviced flawlessly
What were looking for:
5 years experience in business development or sales preferably in logistics/freight
Proven track record of winning new business
Strong negotiation strategic thinking and analytical skills
Supply chain and logistics knowledge is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Youll play a key role in growing the business influencing strategy and working with diverse teams across a multi-modal logistics environment.
