- Render and maintain quality Human Capital administration services that conform to personnel needs and those of the ARC.
- Ensure that all human resources administration queries are dealt with in an accurate timeous and professional matter.
- Assist with coordination of performance management system.
- Update staff records (appointments resignations terminations dismissals transfers promotions leave reports etc.).
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process.
- Administration of labour relations.
- Effectively coordinate the reconciliation process of HR instruction to payroll.
- Render and maintain a quality Pension/Provident Fund administrative service.
- Update employees information on the HC system.
- Assist in the coordination of the reconciliation process of HC instructions to payroll.
- Administration of conditions of service.
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years HR administration experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislation policies and procedures.
- Computer skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully bilingual.
- Code B Drivers License.
