Senior Supply Chain Executive, D2C

Were seeking a Senior Supply Chain Executive to oversee our demand planning inventory control and fulfillment operations. This role is crucial for managing product flow from forecasting to delivery optimizing lead times and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external vendors.

What You Will Do

1. Demand Planning & Inventory Controlling:

• Responsible for managing demand planning (coordinating with internal teams such as Commercial/Marketing for Sell-in/Sell-out Management).
• Manage AnyMinds and its clients inventory. Responsible for ensuring ATP is parallel with managing SLOB Aging and Shelf-life of products.
• Responsible for developing work procedures (internal Supply Chain team with other teams and with clients).
• Act as the Main PIC in handling monitoring & storing purchase orders.

2. Fulfillment Operation:

• Responsible for managing products in the warehouse processing orders and controlling Warehouses & Fulfillment Vendors.
• Develop fulfillment operation procedures and related issues regarding inbound/outbound/discard management/loss & damage control at the warehouse.
• Control the service quality of warehouse/transportation providers.
• Optimize lead time delivery.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to synchronize Fulfillment Operation data with the total business.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain eCommerce or related field
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Have experience working in an enabling company that has its own warehouse or in a brand with a wide product portfolio and fast-moving speed or in a retailer (Hypermarket supermarket mini-market F&B...).
• Understanding of demand input factors (seasonality distributors inventory policy) as well as the effect of demand on the downstream factors (inventory capacity lead time cost...)
• Understanding e-commerce is an advantage
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills preferably with P&L knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
