Shift: 12-hr Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical Surgical/Orthopedic unit of a reputable hospital in Bradenton FL. This is a permanent night-shift role with guaranteed hours and competitive compensation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of RN experience with a strong background in Orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality compassionate care to patients on the Med Surg/Ortho unit
Monitor patient conditions administer medications and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with physicians physical therapists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery plans
Respond to emergencies and perform appropriate nursing interventions
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies procedures and standards of care

Required Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Minimum 1 year of RN experience hospital setting but LTACH Home Health or Rehab experience will be considered
Must have recent Orthopedic nursing experience
BLS certification required
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
