La risorsa ricercata è un* Customer Excellence Specialist con esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Operatore Customer Care e verrà inserita allinterno della direzione Customer Excellence che si occupa di assistenza omnicale ai Clienti.

Le sue principali attività:

Analisi e gestione delle richieste di assistenza sia telefoniche che mail
Saper entrare in empatia con i clienti e gestire i loro stati emotivi mettere a proprio agio linterlocutore con calma e pazienza portare a termine la conversazione risolvendo le problematiche
Velocità di apprendimento e adattabilità al cambiamento delle procedure in ottica customer centricity a fronte di processi sempre più customizzati in risposta a singole esigenze aziendali
Contribuire al raggiungimento dei target quantitativi e qualitativi assegnati al team

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel ruolo di Operatore Customer Care
Conoscenza di applicativo CRM Sales Force; buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolere Excel)
Italiano: Madrelingua; Inglese: Professionale
Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte presso le sedi dei nostri fornitori
