Primary skill
Python Azure TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn) MLOps practices and cloud platforms (Azure MCP Azure AI Foundry)
Secondary skill
Databricks Spark
JD
- 6-12 years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI/ML strategy and implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in financial services preferably in compliance surveillance or risk domains.
- Strong coding skills in Python is a must.
Good to have a hands-on design and development experience (azure databricks spark)
Have Agile Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNA
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn) MLOps practices and cloud platforms (Azure MCP Azure AI Foundry).
- Strong foundation in data science statistics and algorithmic modeling.
hands-on experience with prompt engineering model context protocol (MCP) and Vibe coding for AI model optimization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking and capital markets is good to have
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
