Job Title Manager Information Technology

3. Key Result Areas
Providing leadership in the development or acquisition of business-supporting applications.
Providing leadership in the development or acquisition of business-supporting applications.
Maintaining a minimum of 99.5% application availability at all company locations.
Monitoring and addressing non-conformities in applications and processes particularly in preparation for ISO certification.
Facilitating the internal expansion of acquired applications to align with company growth.
Ensuring comprehensive quality testing of all developed software.
Achieving at least 99% uptime for the company website.
Providing expert technical support for hardware and network infrastructure to India users.
Assisting the Managing Director in formulating new IT-based business supportstrategies.
Regularly updating user manuals to reflect system enhancements and procedural changes.
Delivering ongoing training to operational staff at all locations to promote understanding and effective use of applications.
4. Qualifications Experience &Skill sets
Masters degree in Computer Applications Science Technology Electronics &
Telecommunications or a related field.
At least twelve years of relevant experience ideally within the logistics sector.
Demonstrated expertise in IT project management and IT service delivery
management.
Familiarity with database administration.
Facilitating the internal expansion of acquired applications to align with company growth.
Ensuring comprehensive quality testing of all developed software.
Achieving at least 99% uptime for the company website.
