Administer and maintain Tricentis qTest platform ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Configure user roles permissions workflows and integrations with tools like Jira Tosca ALM and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to manage and execute test cases.

Support test automation workflows and ensure seamless integration with qTest.

Monitor application performance troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Maintain documentation for configurations upgrades and best practices.

Generate and manage test reports dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.

Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to enhance tool adoption.

Ensure compliance with security policies patch management and disaster recovery plans.
