We are seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis machine learning and artificial intelligence with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI projects including a team of professionals
- Support the planning and execution of data migration and integration initiatives
- Assist in the design development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Work closely with data engineers and scientists to build and enhance machine learning models
- Contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven applications and services
- Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in data science and AI
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in data engineering AI/ML or a related technical field
- 1 year of hands-on experience supporting complex AI-related projects
- Strong understanding of programming principles and data structures
- Proficiency in Python (3 yrs experience)
- Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Generative AI services (e.g. OpenAI Bedrock) or Computer Vision
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering
- Experience with Snowflake
- 2 years of experience leading technical projects

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $110000 - $130000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience relevant skills education and/or training certifications and as applicable other required qualifications.
