Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Configure install and maintain routers switches voice gateways access points and microwave radio equipment.
- Support day-to-day network operations including troubleshooting monitoring and incident response.
- Assist with implementation of new projects and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams configurations and processes.
- Work independently and collaboratively to support network availability and performance.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Cisco Associate-level experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco and non-Cisco routers and switches.
- Experience with microwave radios and wireless access points.
- Knowledge of the OSI model and Cisco three-layer hierarchical model.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to new tools technologies and environments.
- CCNA certification is a plus
