Job Opportunity: Temporary Procurement Support Specialist (3-Month Assignment)
Location:Fairfax VA (On-site 4 days/week)
Compensation:$35.00 - $40.00/hour
Duration:3 Months (Temporary Assignment)
Position Summary
Were looking for adetail-oriented and experienced Procurement Support Specialistto join our clients Contracts team during the year-end closeout period. This is a high-impact temporary role designed to provide essential support during a busy time. If you have a background in procurement or buying and thrive in fast-paced deadline-driven environments wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sr. Contracts Manager with procurement tasks during year-end closeout.
- Review track and process purchase orders and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records in procurement systems.
- Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in procurement buying or purchasing administration is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and tools is a plus.
