What you will be doing in this role
As the Neuro Spine & Interventional Neuro (INR) Perioperative Service Lead youll play a pivotal role in shaping one of our most complex and innovative surgical specialties. Reporting to the Theatre Manager youll lead both the clinical and operational delivery of care with an initial focus on launching our state-of-the-art INR Suitean exciting milestone in our expanding services.
Youll design and implement the model of care workforce structure and training pathways to support this new capability. Working closely with surgeons vendors and internal stakeholders youll introduce advanced technology and procedures that elevate patient care. Your leadership will also be instrumental in staff recruitment targeted training and preparing the team for the new theatres opening in early 2026.
Beyond the launch youll drive ongoing service development by embedding clinical governance fostering a high-performance culture and championing continuous improvement.
