Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicatedPYP Learning Support Teacherto join our IB Primary Years Programme team. The role involves supporting students with diverse learning needs collaborating with teachers to implement differentiated and inclusive practices and ensuring every child thrives in an inquiry-based environment aligned with the IB learner profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group support to PYP students with varied learning needs.
- Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to adapt lessons resources and assessments.
- Develop implement and monitor Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for identified students.
- Foster inclusive classroom practices that support inquiry-based learning.
- Document interventions track student progress and share updates with teachers and parents.
- Participate actively in collaborative planning and reflection meetings.
- Support professional development sessions for staff on inclusive strategies when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters in Education Special Education or related field.
- Prior experience in IB PYP or international schools (preferred).
