Requirements

Masters Degree in Education or a related field along with a valid . qualification.
Minimum of 910 years of progressive experience as a Principal in a recognized CBSE school.
Prior experience in a residential school environment is highly preferred.
Fluency in Telugu with the ability to communicate effectively with local families and community members.
Strong command of English for official documentation reporting and inter-school communication.
Demonstrated leadership strategic planning and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in standard computer applications and familiarity with CBSE policies procedures and digital tools.
Age below 55 years.
