YOUR TASKS

Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
Undertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager.
Adhere to country & Company standards and agreed the operational procedures with all departments to enhance the Retail Outlet Service qualities.
Interface with various internal DHL departments (Operation Customer Service Marketing and Account & IT Dept) to ensure service alignment & enhancement.
To manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet.
Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlet.
Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data.
Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office.
Track store performance through a store scorecard store hours
Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism low in tardiness at all times.
