Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Perform test repair modification and overhaul troubleshooting activities on aircraft components;
- Perform machining on parts which need rework refer to relevant technical publications repair manuals;
- Complete product maintenance records with forms and ERP;
- All maintenance work performed compliance with CAA regulation MOA manual procedure;
- Daily maintenance of the repair tools and equipment;
- Report any quality issue to supervisor and quality department;
- Assist in the development of new components / piece parts repair capability;
- Other relative tasks to be assigned by Repair Shop Supervisor.
Competencies
- Specialized Secondary Schools or above;
- Flight Vehicle Design Engineering maintenance;
- Or Mechanical Engineering;
- Or Mechanical manufacturing mechanical and electrical applications mechanical design and automation;
- Or related major;
- Fitter training;
- Machining practice training is preferred;
- Holding Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License category TA;
- License English level 3 is referable;
- 10 years working experience in civil aviation component repair;
- Working experience in HPV/PRV FCV or ACM is preferable;
- Knowledge related with civil aviation maintenance;
- Read and understand English technical data and related drawings;
- General practice of Civil aviation maintenance;
- Correctly use the repair tools equipment and IMTE chemicals;
- Diligence analysis and diagnose capability communication skills;
- Operation skill of Machines such as Grinding Milling Drilling Etc.;
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
